Frenship Band Boosters (FBB)

2011 Chevy Camaro Raffle Official Rules

1. The raffle is open to persons 18 years and older living in the United States.
2. The purchase price for each ticket is $10.00. Payment may be made by cash, check or money order.
3. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Frenship Band Boosters. Checks and money orders will be deposited upon receipt. If a bank returns a check, the entry will be declared invalid unless and until full payment plus a $30 bank return charge is received. Full payment must be received prior to deadline date of August 30, 2011 - OR - until all tickets are sold, whichever comes first.
4. Completed entries and funds must be in the possession of FBB before the drawing on August 31, 2011 or when 4000 tickets are sold, whichever is sooner, in order to be eligible for the drawing. Any funds received after 4,000 tickets are sold or the closing date will be returned.
5. The raffle will run from April 16, 2011 to August 1, 2011 or as long as supplies last.
6. A maximum of 4,000 tickets will be sold.
7. One winning ticket will be drawn.
8. 1^st Prize - 2011 Chevy Camaro as configured by FBB - OR - a vehicle of winner’s choice of equal or lesser value.
9. 1^st prize vehicle will be provided by Scoggin Dickey Chevrolet.
10. The winning ticket for the grand prize will be drawn by random drawing on August 31, 2011 during a special meeting of FBB.
11. Winner need not be present to win. Winner will be notified immediately after the drawing by phone. Winner will also be announced on our website: www.frenshipband.com. The winner's name may also be obtained by contacting the Frenship Band Boosters website after August 31, 2011.
12. Winner may be required to produce a ticket with a corresponding number to the ticket stub drawn as well as two forms of identification and a social security number.
13. The FBB member noted as the seller on the winning first place raffle ticket will receive a $500 selling bonus (in SCRIP gift cards or towards your student’s band account) from FBB. In the event that no seller is indicated, FBB will retain the $500 bonus.
14. Winner agrees to allow FBB to use their name, photo and image for the use of promoting and marketing this raffle and subsequent raffles, including publishing the winner’s photograph on FBB’s website. Winner's name will be available to the media.
15. FBB is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit entity. Donations and contributions are tax deductible to the legal extent of the law under IRS regulations.
16. Members of the general public as well as members of FBB - with the exception of the raffle organizer - and their immediate families (defined as children, spouse or parents) are eligible to participate.
17. Winner assumes and is responsible for vehicle delivery cost, all licensing, registration and all other fees, and local, State, and Federal taxes, including and without limitation all applicable sales, use, luxury, withholding, income and special taxes. Additional rebates and/or special offers or promotions are not eligible from Scoggin Dickey Chevrolet Lubbock.
18. FBB specifically disclaims all expressed or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose regarding the vehicle.
19. The decision of FBB shall be final on all matters pertaining to this drawing.
