Booster FAQs

  • I missed the web store deadline. What happens now?
    All required items will still be available for purchase at the Band Extravaganza on Aug 3. Obtaining these items will be a mix of both in-stock pick-up and online ordering of anything not in stock. You will have to stand in line to purchase these items. Optional items will be available soon. The Band Boosters apparel will be on sale soon via their website.
  • I completed my order online by the deadline. When will my items be delivered?
    All orders completed by the deadline will be processed this summer and items will be delivered to students at the Band Extravaganza on Aug 3. No hassle - just pick up your pre-packaged bag of items and go!
  • I completed my order, but didn't get to pay before the store closed. How do I pay?
    No problem, you can still pay for your order by clicking PAY HERE. This link will take you directly to the MySchoolBucks portal and you can complete your payment there. If you need a reminder about how to complete the payment process in MySchoolBucks, please read THIS DOCUMENT to help.
  • Can I still order marching shoes & gloves?
    Yes! The Frenship HS Band does not sell the marching shoes or marching gloves. Those items are purchased directly from Tarpley Music Company. You can drop by their store (3737 50th) or call them (797-5833) to complete your purchase. They will also be available at the Band Extravaganza on Aug 3.
  • I am a guard member & I chose the payment plan. How do I set that up?
    You should have already completed the 30% down payment via the MySchoolBucks portal and notified Ms. Knight that you are utilizing the payment plan option. If you have not done that, please contact her (aknight@frenship.us). Payment plans require you to pay 30% down, then the remaining balance may be divided into payments over the rest of the semester. Total balance will be due by the deadline in December. NOTE: payment plans are only available for guard members.
  • I want to pay for my items using money in my Presto account. How do I do that?
    In order to use money in your Presto account, you must have already completed your order on the web store. Next, please notify our Fine Arts Administrative Assistant, Ms. Amanda Knight, by emailing aknight@frenship.us . Please email her the total amount of your order and inform her that you wish to use the money in your Presto account to pay for your order. After assessing your Presto account, she will transfer the money from your Presto account to be applied toward your purchase. Should the amount of money in your Presto account not be enough to cover the full purchase, you are responsible for the remaining balance. This can be paid through MySchoolBucks.
