I did not complete my order by the deadline. What happens now?
Required Items – will still be available (including guard, percussion, & instrument rental), but must be purchased in person at the Band Extravaganza on August 1. [Exception - marching shoes must be purchased locally on your own.]
Payments – made in person at the Band Extravaganza on August 1.
Optional Items – will no longer be available.
I’ve made my order and would like to set up a payment plan. How do I do that?
Come in to the FHS Band Office to see our Band Secretary, Mrs. Smith. During the summer, she will be in her office on Tuesdays 12:00-5:00 PM to handle all financial details. You may also contact her via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (806) 866-9878 x256. She will help you set up your payment plan. Payment plans must be set up and paperwork signed by an adult. Please be prepared to submit the 30% down payment to initiate the payment plan.
I’ve made my order. I used the Bill & Print option and would like to pay in full. How do I do that?

Your purchased items will be delivered to you at the Band Extravaganza on August 1.
I’ve made my order. I used the Bill & Print option and would like to pay (full or in part) using money in my band account. How do I do that?
Complete the “Authorization to Transfer Funds in Student Charms Account” form. This form is located online in the Band Downloads section. It is also available in the media rack in the HS Band Hall. Turn in this completed form (or scan & email) to Mrs. Smith and she will transfer the appropriate funds for you.
I have a special financial situation. Who do I talk to?
How/when will my student pick what meals he/she would like to eat based on the Meal Deal I ordered?
Mr. Carter will email you a menu this summer. You will make your choices from the provided menu via an online document.
I need information about the band’s spring trip to Orlando. Who do I talk to?
